Jeff Wilson Owner and Creator
Jeff Wilson — Four Stories In DC And 32.5 Acres In Virginia
Jeff Wilson’s passion and inspiration for Trophy Homes began as a young child, driving with his family past magnificent properties along Massachusetts Avenue and Embassy Row. Throughout his 27-year career in real estate, he has remained intrigued and inspired by great homes and architecture.
While he once imagined what it would be like to live in these properties surrounded by classic architecture and fine antiques, he now knows as the owner of a 4-story restored Beaux Arts brownstone in DC, and a pre-Civil War estate once owned by Supreme Court Chief Justice John Marshall in the Virginia horse country near Middleburg. Today, he divides his time between DC and Virginia with his husband, Daniel Cave, and three young daughters who are his obsession and inspiration.
Buyer of two Trophy Homes and seller of many more, Jeff set out to build TrophyHomes.com as the definitive marketplace for the Capital Region’s premiere homes and estates. Beyond luxury, there is Trophy. “The most discerning clients understand that expensive finishes or a desirable location alone aren’t enough. A Trophy Home has a soul of its own. On rare occasion all of the elements combine to create something especially unique and wonderful be it modern or antique. That’s what Trophy Homes is all about.”
Living the Trophy lifestyle and knowing the certain tastes and special requirements of this market, he has assembled hand-picked Curated Collections of properties. Explore Timeless Classics, Modern Masterpieces, Impressive Acreage, Water Views and more. And knowing that “Location, location, location” remains the cardinal rule of real estate, you may also search by premier neighborhoods in DC, Maryland and Virginia.
Whether you are acquiring or selling, please meet with Jeff Wilson and the Trophy Homes Team. Discover the value and peace of mind that comes from unmatched representation, highly personalized service and personal appreciation of this rarified lifestyle.
