What's the difference between a condo and a townhome?
A condo is a valued focused home that features
all living space and bedrooms on one level. Condos generally have homes on three different levels with twelve homes to a building. Townhomes are smaller buildings with less homes per building. Townhomes generally do not have shared walls in living areas and bedrooms. Some townhomes feature basements and generally have more square footage than condos. Townhomes usually have 1-2 car garages. |
