Trophy Homes, LC was formed in June of 1995. Since inception, the company has developed and sold over 2000 homes along the Wasatch Front. Trophy Homes consists of three principals; Stan Ricks as Chief Executive Officer, Bill Montgomery as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, And Jeff Southard as Executive Vice President. Combined, they have over 50 years of real estate development experience. Trophy Homes closed 362 homes in 2005, and will close on approximately 300 homes in 2006.
