Selecting Your New Home
Purchasing your new home is an experience that is an exciting event. Trophy Homes has professionals that help make this experience simple and rewarding. At your first meeting, a Trophy sales counselor will help you evaluate each of our homes to find the one that best fits you. All of our communities have decorated model homes and the sales counselor will give you a tour of the models, clubhouse, fitness center, and other amenities of the community. The sales counselor will assist you in determining which home best meets your needs.

Purchasing Your New Home
The sales counselor will also complete the paper work for you to purchase your home. The completion of the purchase agreement is usually completed in less than an hour. In most instances depending upon construction schedules and your personal timing, you will be able to select many of the items for the home including cabinets, countertops, and flooring. A variety of standard features are available and there are also various options that can be selected. You will visit our design center and with the help of a design professional select from a variety of options to make your new home truly yours.

Trophy Homes also assists in the financing of your new home. At each of our communities, representatives from Copper Mountain Mortgage assist in obtaining financing--often within 24 hours of selecting your home. All you need is the basic financial information for your loan application-a recent bank statement, your W-2 forms for the last two years, your last month's pay check stub, and your address and employment history for two years. Copper Mountain Mortgage has a variety of financing plans including down payments assistance to meet your needs.

Moving Into Your New Home
During the construction of your home, we invite you to visit the community as often as you like and watch the progress. You will be introduced to the construction manager that will be directly responsible for building your home. Approximately 30 days before your move in date, you will receive a letter from the sales counselor confirming the date. About one week before you close and move in, we will present to you for inspection your new home. Your construction manager will explain all the features and functionality of the home and answer any questions. Every Trophy Home comes with a one-year warranty and you will receive a homeowners manual describing the warranty and giving you other information about the home. Any items that you note during your inspection will be finished prior to your closing the next week.

One week after the new home presentation, you will complete the purchase of your home-what we call closing. An officer of an independent title company will meet you at their title company office. All the paper work to complete the purchase will have been prepared and the title officer will go over every document with you. After the purchase has been recorded at the county in your name by the title company, (approximately two days), you will receive the keys to you new home. However, if you use Copper Mountain Mortgage you will receive your keys at closing.
