New Home Orientation The New Home Orientation is an important service you receive from Customer Service. Owners receive a personalized homeowner's manual and a personal walk through of your new home by a representative of Trophy Homes' Customer Service Department. See your New Homeowner's Oriention guide for specific limited home warranty agreements. If this is a warranty issue for Trophy homes in UTAH - submit a Request for Warranty Service form using one of the following methods: Complete the Request for Warranty Service form online using the link below: Online Customer Request Form   After completing the form, click on submit to email the form to the Trophy Homes Customer Service Department. You will receive a confirmation that the email has been received and will be contacted by a Customer Service Representative to schedule repairs. Please use Internet Explorer to access this form. OR Complete the Request for Warranty Service form included in your homeowner's manual or print the form and fax it to Customer Service at (801) 227-0567.
